Will you sign an NDA?

Yes — we have a standard one we can send, or we'll happily sign yours. Most kickoffs run on a mutual NDA.

Are you taking on new clients right now?

Usually yes, but we cap at 18 active retainers + 2 builds. If we're full, we tell you up front and refer you somewhere good.

Is there a minimum engagement size?

$490/mo for retainers; $1,490 for one-off builds. Below that, we're probably not the right people.

How do you handle data/security for sensitive briefs?

Email us first; if there's sensitive content, we'll send a 1Password share link. We don't want it sitting in your inbox either.

Can we just hire you for one specific thing?

Yes. Most one-offs are website builds, audits, or single ad-account fixes. Many of those then become retainers, but no pressure.
